MARGARITA MACHINE RENTAL AGREEMENT. 

 

*WE DO NOT SERVICE PARKS, APARTMENTS, OR ANYTHING UPSTAIRS. WE DO NOT ROLL THROUGH BIG SECTIONS GRASS OR ANY GRAVEL.

 

* DELIVERY TIMES & PICKUPS: depend on the amount of deliveries we have that given day. We do our best to make sure we arrive at least 1 hour before your event. If you are at a hall we will work with you on delivery time. If you will be placing the machine outside please let us know at booking so we can plan for extra freeze time as Texas heat is very high.

 

*Stairs: please let us know ahead of time if there is odd, high, or unusual stair leading into your house so the proper amount of staff can be planned. We do not pick up machines so no more than 2 stairs no more than 3 in each.

 

*PICK UP:  is next day except for, halls, kids parties, or any place other than your home are SAME DAY PICKUP. You must be available for pick up or an additional day fee would be charged. If we have a problem picking up our equipment you may be placed on a do not service list or maybe charged additional fees on your next rental. Please be aware we have other events to set up, we can’t wait for you more than 10 mins. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN!

 

 *POWER (IMPORTANT): is essential to the proper function of the margarita machine.  Machine Powers cord is about 2 to 3 ft. long, if u will need an extension cord please let us know ahead of time AND WE CAN PROVIDE ONE FOR A $20 CASH DEPOSIT ON SITE THAT WILL PROPERLY ALLOW THE MACHINE TO SAFELY FREEZE. DEPOSIT FOR CORD IS REFUNDABLE AT PICKUP, IF WE GET OUR CORRECT CORD BACK. If you do not want to use ours you may provide a 12 gauge heavy duty extension cord no longer than 25ft long. Older houses and party halls have the worst problems with power please assure that they have the power needed. Machine WILL NOT FREEZE if it is not getting enough power moving through it. Please DO NOT plug other high energy things on same circuit with machine. BOUNCERS, DJS, FANS, CROCKPOTS, COTTON CANDY, POPCORN, AND SNOWCONE MACHINES SHOULD NOT BE ON THE SAME CIRCUIT AS THE MAGARITA MACHINE. A circuit IS DIFFERENT from a PLUG. WE DO NOT Guarantee freeze for any client using extension cords or generators. NO REFUND OR DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROPER POWER TO OPERATE IT.

 

 If we are called back out because machine isn’t freezing, and it turns out to be power related or error on client’s part then you will be charged a $25 trip charge for up to 20 miles $40 over 20 miles.

 

*GENERATORS: IF YOU MUST USE A GENERATOR, IT MUST BE 5500 OR BETTER GENERATOR MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF DELIVERY IF THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE USING. No other Item can be used on the same Generator as the Margarita Machine. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE FREEZE ON GENERATORS.

 

 * $50 Non-Refundable Deposit holds your machine reservation. Deposit is applied to balance. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. All money turns to a credit if cancelled correctly. For deposits we accept CASH, ZELLE PAY (NO FEE), OR CASH APP ($3 FEE)

 

*CANCELLATIONS:  you may cancel at any time, however deposits and payments are non-refundable. All money paid turns to a credit. We will allow you a chance to reset your date once (up to 4 months no holiday's) HOWEVER YOU MUST CANCEL BY NOON ON THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE.

 

* FINAL PAYMENTS: can be paid electronically the day before or in EXACT CASH THE DAY OF. A text will be sent the day before your event with delivery time frame and a balance reminder. If you want to pay electronically please do so the day before. Once our delivery team arrives it will be cash on delivery. Please be advised they will not have change so please have Exact Cash.

 

*MIX FLAVORS: We have over 50 mix flavors. We use a quality mix to assure the best flavor, however we do not guarantee taste. Every ones likes are different chose your flavor wisely. You can ask us questions to help you chose.

 

*ADULTS & LIQUOR YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE.  For Adult clients who plan to use alcohol you are responsible for the purchase of 4-1.75 liter bottles of liquor. Kind depends on mix flavors you pick. CHEAP LIQUOR especially TEQUILA IS NOT RECOMMEND.  It is your right however to buy what you want just know we provide a high-quality mix and moderately priced liquor is recommended for the best taste... Yes, liquor does make a difference in the flavors.  We would be happy to tell you some brands that fit your budget. KIDS SLUSH MACHINE PACKAGE NO ALCOHOL CAN BE USED WITH THE KIDS SLUSH PACKAGE

 

*MACHINE PLACEMENT MACHINE STAYS ON CART. Cart is 4x3 ft. Please make sure that cart can roll into your building or house with ease. WE DO NOT ROLL THROUGH LARGE SECTIONS OF GRASS OR ANY GRAVEL.

 

*MALFUNCTIONS please call us as soon as you notice a problem.  Problem could be a simple fix but we cannot help if I do not know. ALL BUTTONS ON MACHINE UP (FABY) & TO THE RIGHT (IPRO) AT ALL TIMES TO FREEZE. PLEASE DO NOT ADJUST MACHINE SETTINGS WITHOUT PERMISSION. DO NOT TOUCH ROUND DIAL. PLEASE WATCH SMALL CHILDREN AS THEY TEND TO MESS WITH CONTROLS ON SIDE OF MACHINE.  DO NOT PLUG INTO SURGE PROTECTORS OR EXTENTION CORDS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED. DO NOT HAVE HIGH POWERED EQUIPMENT PLUGGED INTO SAME CIRCUIT AS THE MARGARITA MACHINE. PLEASE KEEP MACHINE FILLED AND DONOT RUN EMPTY OR BELOW MININUM LINE

 

*DAMAGES: You are responsible for the machine as long as it is at your event. These machines range in price from $3500 to $5500 to replace. Parts are also expensive and you will be charged for any breakage. Please do not run machine empty as this will damage the motor.  Please do not put unapproved mixes or foreign objects in the bowl. The additional items supplies with machine such as 5 gallon jugs, salt rimmer, cloth ect are all your responsibility and you will be charged accordingly for any loss or damages.
